Milan Skriniar responds to Barcelona and Manchester United rumours
Inter Milan’s 23-year-old centre-back, Milan Skriniar, has quickly become one of the most wanted defenders in Europe after impressing with his performances with the Serie A giants.
Naturally, the Slovakian has reportedly already elicited interest from some big clubs like Manchester United and Barcelona, with both sides looking for a quality long-term centre-back option.
However, Skriniar has publicly addressed these rumours, reassuring Inter fans of his loyalty for, and satisfaction at, the club. According to reports from , Skriniar allegedly told Sky Sports Italia that he had no intention of leaving the club.
Speaking about the matter, he said:
“There are always going to be rumours about a big club looking for you, but Inter are a big club. The fans can relax, I am happy here.
“I feel that I am improving day by day, as there isn’t a single area where I couldn’t do better. I am not happy with the way I play now.
“In any case, it’s not important how I see myself, but how the fans and coaches see me.”
Inter Milan to return for Manchester United’s Matteo Darmian
Matteo Darmian joined Manchester United before the 2015-16 season, and he went on to play 39 matches in all competitions that season. However, since then, his first-team role has sharply reduced. The Italian defender has made just 3 appearances in the ongoing season and is believed to be frustrated with the situation.
Now, reports from claim that Darmian could be handed an opportunity to leave the club, as Serie A giants, Inter Milan, reportedly plan another approach for him. Inter had previously tried to acquire him on a loan deal earlier in the summer, but the Red Devils had been quick to shoot down the offer.
The report claims that Inter turned to Atletico Madrid’s Sime Vrsaljko instead, but the Croatian has been injury-prone and has failed to impress as expected. As a result, Darmian is reportedly being viewed as a solution, as Inter look to make another move for the 29-year-old in January.

Subsequently, Neymar has been linked with moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona but has now opened the door for a potential move to the Premier League. The Brazilian recently took to his Youtube channelto answer questions from several famous current and former footballers.
During the video, Manchester City’s Benjamin Mendy asked him if he would ever play in the Premier League. Responding to the question, Neymar said:
“It’s a big competition. One of the greatest in the world. We don’t know how tomorrow will be, but I believe that every great player, at least one day, has to play in the Premier League.

While it was earlier reported that Madrid would throw in the kitchen sink for Hazard in January, they have now reportedly accepted that no move will come to fruition in the winter, but are preparing a summer deal that Chelsea can’t refuse.
According to reports from , Real Madrid are seriously considering a money+player deal to lure Hazard away from the Blues. The report claims that Madrid will consider converting Mateo Kovacic’s ongoing loan deal into a permanent one as a part of the Hazard exchange.
Meanwhile, reports from claim that should Kovacic not be sufficient to coax Chelsea, Madrid could also offer up Marco Asensio to sweeten the deal.
